Throw away or not?

Recommended Posts

Hi,.... first time poster

I've no idea what the results actually mean  :(   Apart from it's an obvious low score.

I use my PC mainly for browsing the internet, streaming music, occasional Youtube videos + the odd game on Facebook. It's only around 3yrs old, but cheap when bought. Start up can be slow as are other things when using it. My internet speed is very good, so that isn't a problem.

My question is;    Would upgrades be worthwhile or should I just buy a decent computer?

In contrast, my old PC of over 10yrs has a worse score but is faster......

237 is really a score you get when your computer is meant for really general everyday tasks. I honestly would but something else new like a cheap Dell with an Intel Core i3 processor. If it works for you there's not reason to toss it tho

Thanx for your input

It's confusing when my old PC is faster than the newer one. I guess that's down to the CPU?

Anyway, cheers!
