I have tried running the test multiple times and the result is always similar to the one included below. Why is GPU Score 0?

So it is strange, because:

1) nobody from novabench replies to this

2) the same happens when I am trying to use userbenchmark - those scanners simply stopped working.

Could it be that Windows did something to them? But why would some kind of an upgrade be affecting customer service?
