Oh hey, I updated my Mac Pro with the latest security update from Apple patching the meltdown vulnerability, and now when I try to run a benchmark, the CPU returns a score of 0...anyone else get this? The update changes how the kernel works to prevent anything exploiting kernel memory - I wonder if this is also blocking novabench from testing the CPU?

Ignore this - just saw another post about it. A fix is in the works...

EDIT - looks like this has been happening for a while, the security update is just a coincidence as I haven't benchmarked in a while. I'll keep waiting for that update ;-)

Same issue for me indeed : Mac Pro Late 2013 running latest OS High Sierra : CPU = zero !?

Can somebody from Novabench explain what's going on and if this will be fixed in the near future please.

Thanks
