New Gaming PC, Win10, VGA MSI 1080 Gaming X low result

Recommended Posts

After installing Novabench i tried to benchmark my pc but the following result seem rather disapointing as far as graphics are concerned. While my tv display is 1920x1080p/60Hz, when VGA is benchmarked only a small windows appears and i see resolution on 800x600, AAAx4 and thats it up to 1700pixels.
FYI, in Firestrike 1.1 i hit 18150 which is as expected from a built with the following specs:

NovaBench Score: 1934

NOVABENCH SCORE: 1934

My VGA card plays all games in ultra high with no problem at all. However i dont know if another app/utility monitors the card like MSI Gaming APP or Gigabyte APP center. Should i remove them for Novabench to execute properly? They are not running but perhaps they have created a service to monitor pc. Any advice?
