[OLD VERSION] Can't Post Results On Windows 10 After Latest Update

Have been trying to post results all day and the NovaBench application just goes into a non-responsive state and has to be force closed.  No error message or anything.  I tried rebooting, then a complete uninstall and reinstall and nothing helps.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
