[OLD VERSION] NovaBench Not Using My NVDIA GPU On Lenovo Yoga Windows 10

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am new to PC and used to use NovaBench on my MacBook Pro 15' Retina with a Discrete NVDIA GPU and it did a great job benchmarking it and reading the GPU.  I now have a Lenovo Yoga 15', Intel Core i7 6500U, NVDIA GEForce 940M 2GB, 8GB Ram.  The problem I get is that when I run the tests the program will not only not run the NVDIA GPU, but when I go to the "System Specifications" part of NovaBench it doesn't even show up being on my computer.  Is there any help you can give me?  Yes I went into the NVDIA  Control Panel and made sure that NovaBench automatically uses the NVDIA Card.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Based on your GPU score, your computer is using the Nvidia 940M. This looks like a known bug in Novabench where the wrong graphics card is shown (the intel integrated). This will be fixed in the next version.
