  1. No, at every reboot, the FSB is reset, but there's an auto tool to make it happen every time windows starts.
  2. I have used SetFSB to increase my FSB from stock 266 to 338 that increases the clock from 2793 MHz ( 10.5 x 266 ) to 3549 MHz ( 10.5 x 338 ), but :
